The buyers had an issue with their original financial institution, so Kyler stepped in an put them in contact with one of his lending partners. That should have been their realtors job, but Kyler stepped up. I believe that is what saved this deal. He really did a fantastic job and did everything in his power to complete this sale. I would definitely use Kyler again and would highly recommend him to my friends and family. I didn't know Kyler prior to selling my home, but now I feel like I've gained a new friend.
